Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at a luxury hotel in Muscat. This position is open to Nepali nationals who do not require English proficiency and are seeking entry-level opportunities without prior experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, activities, and attractions
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and follow-up as needed
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively assist guests
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing reservations system

• Nepali nationality with legal authorization to work in Muscat
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali; basic English language proficiency preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for accurate handling of transactions

This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month along with free visa, ticket, and accommodation. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in the hospitality industry at a luxury hotel.
