Position: HR Officer - Performance Management

Job Title : HR Officer - Performance Management

Job Purpose: To support the organization in building a high-performance and engaged workforce by managing key HR initiatives related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Employee Engagement. The role works closely with the HR team to implement people-focused programs that enhance motivation, performance, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management System:
    • Support the administration and smooth execution of the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
    • Assist managers and employees in the effective use of the performance management system (HRMS).
    • Help coordinate performance calibration sessions and track completion status.
    • Maintain accurate records of performance appraisals and goals.
  • Rewards & Recognition (R&R):
    • Administer the company's structured and spot recognition programs.
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for reward fulfillment and celebration events.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Assist in designing, deploying, and analyzing annual employee engagement surveys.
    • Help coordinate focus group discussions and action planning based on survey insights.
    • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and community events.
    • Contribute to internal communication efforts that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain confidential and accurate records related to performance, rewards, and engagement activities.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key metrics (e.g., participation rates, recognition spend, engagement scores) to support decision-making.
    • Ensure data integrity within the HRMS for relevant modules.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, with exposure to performance management, rewards, or engagement programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
