The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Recruitment Account Manager to join one of the worlds leading global recruitment businesses, as they continue to expand their Oil & Gas offering throughout the Middle East.

Based in the Oman Regional Office, you will be working with an allocated client.

The successful applicant will be tasked with contributing to the growth and development of a specific client.

The Ideal Candidate

The Recruitment Account Manager Oil & Gas will be a highly skilled 360-degree recruiter, ideally degree educated, with a proven background delivering contract / temp recruitment placements.

Although this is an Account Manager role, business development is a key requirement for this position. You will be adept at identifying new client project opportunities, seeking to establish and build relationships internally at the client to expand the current recruitment opportunities.

The Recruitment Account Manager Oil & Gas will take responsibility for both sourcing candidates and building client engagement, concentrating on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management, building strong relationships with our local client to generate repeat business.

You will be tasked with attaining monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets, plus you will be working closely with our other international offices to ensure service delivery and management on our key client accounts.
