Role Purpose
To efficiently design, implement, optimize, and support cloud-based Human Resources solutions that improve employee experience, process efficiency, data quality, and compliance. The role translates HR requirements into scalable system configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions across the HR technology landscape.

Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Experience:
8 years of experience
- Process updates for employee information, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes, in the ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy in data related to salaries, grades, titles, and backdated adjustments.
- Calculate and verify allowances such as travel, acting, and training.
- Input relevant data into the ERP for timely and accurate payment processing.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure all salary changes and adjustments are reflected before payroll runs.
- Enter deductions, loans, and other financial details as required.
- Assist with entering data for compensation-related initiatives like job evaluations and retention risk assessments.
- Ensure timely implementation of decisions impacting employee remuneration.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Rewards, Payroll, and Quality, for updates and clarifications.
- Regularly update supervisors on the status of tasks and uplift issues as needed.
- Experienced in cloud-based HR systems, including migration, integration, and security compliance. Led cloud adoption for payroll, benefits, and employee engagement, ensuring seamless data management. Skilled in analytics, vendor management, and optimizing cloud solutions for HR operations.
- Configure and optimize cloud HR solutions across relevant modules to support business processes and employee services.
- Translate business requirements into system design, workflows, security roles, reports, and functional specifications.
- Support integrations, data migration, testing cycles, release readiness, and issue resolution across HR systems.
- Maintain data quality, access controls, and compliance standards within the HR cloud environment.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs that support HR operations and workforce decisions.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements and resolve production issues efficiently.
