- Strategic Planning Align HR strategy with overall business objectives drive workforce planning and lead organizational change initiatives
- Policy Compliance Draft comprehensive HR policies and employee handbooks in full compliance with Omani Labor Law and tailored to fast-paced retail operations
- Performance Talent Management Design key performance indicators KPIs compensation structures and talent development programs to foster local talent
- Nationality:
Omani National - Professional
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management - Specialized Expertise:
Proven track record in developing HR strategies and formulating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures - Professional
Certifications:
CIPD certification (or equivalent) is strongly preferred - Industry
Experience:
Background in the Retail sector is highly preferred - Omani Candidates preferred
