HR & Admin Manager

• Develop and implement HR policies procedures and employee handbooks aligned with Muscat HQ standards
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles
• Oversee onboarding induction and employee life-cycle management
• Implement performance appraisal systems goal setting and KPIs in line with business targets
• Manage payroll coordination attendance leave and benefits administration
• Foster employee engagement motivation and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary procedures in compliance with local labour laws
• Supervise day-to-day office administration facility management and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labour law requirements in India
• Manage documentation contracts and HR records digital and physical
• Coordinate with IT and finance for office operations budgeting and procurement needs
• Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for the Muscat management team
• Support in organizing team meetings training sessions and HR audits
