Role
Summary:
The Managing Director / General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of Taiba Group. This role ensures the effective execution of business strategies, alignment of organizational objectives, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Taiba Group.
- Develop, implement, and monitor corporate strategies, policies, and business plans.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective coordination across all departments.
- Represent the Group in official, regulatory, and external stakeholder engagements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee financial performance in coordination with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Approve key operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
- Identify business risks and growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Lead senior management, evaluate performance, and support organizational development.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and achievement of business objectives.
