PMO Lead

PMO implementation for a mixed use development in a suburb of greater Muscat. It will comprise of mainly residential, retail areas and large areas of public realm.

• Demonstrable portfolio management experience in a consultancy or client capacity, Lead PMO team, comprising MoHUP and Mace employees.
• Where required step in and manage any of the following disciplines within the PMO comprising:
  Assurances (H&S, quality, sustainability, Worker Welfare), Commercial (inc procurement), Controls, Design and delivery (owning centralised standards, processes and validation of data), Knowledge transfers and training, stakeholder and Communications.
• Oversight of performance and continuous improvement of discipline leads and their teams.
• Oversight of deliverables to be issued upstream or externally.
• Able to train the wider team in any of the above processes and procedures as required.
• Management of the Mace prime contract.
• This is a client facing role and will be expected to present at Ministerial Level.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project management and controls expertise across property or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management acumen.
• Commitment to sustainability, with knowledge of carbon impacts on project delivery.
