The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the Group’s operations, financial performance,governance, and long-term growth. The CEO will execute the Board-approvedstrategy, ensure regulatory compliance as a publicly listed entity, and enhancebrand positioning, profitability, and stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group’s long-term strategy in alignment with Boarddirectives and Oman Vision 2040.
- Leadorganizational transformation to enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.
- Identifygrowth opportunities including new developments, asset repositioning,partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Drive innovation across hospitality services, digital platforms, and customer engagement.
2. Financial Performance &Shareholder Value
- Ensuresustainable revenue growth, cost optimization, and strong EBITDAperformance.
- Overseebudgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cash flow management.
- Deliverconsistent value creation for shareholders in line with public marketexpectations.
- Present clear, transparent financial and operational reports to the Board andshareholders.
3. Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure full compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations, Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) requirements, and applicable Omani laws.
- Strengthencorporate governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Act asthe primary interface with regulators, auditors, and external advisors.
- Upholdthe highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability.
4. Operations & Asset Management
- Oversee all hospitality operations including hotels, resorts, F&B, and leisureassets.
- Ensure consistent service quality, brand standards, and guest satisfaction acrossthe portfolio.
- Optimizeasset performance through effective revenue management, cost controls, andcapex planning.
- Work closely with international hotel operators, franchise partners.
5. People & Culture
- Build ahigh-performance leadership team with clear accountability and succession planning.
- Promote Omanisation in line with national objectives while maintaining operational excellence.
- Fostera culture of performance, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices in Oman.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Act asthe principal spokesperson of the company with investors, analysts,shareholders, media, and government stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism,regulators, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at industry forums and public engagements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, orrelated field
- Minimum 15–20 years of senior leadership experience , with at least 5years as CEO/MD/COO in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or a relatedasset-heavy sector
- Proven experience leading large, complex organizations , preferably publiclylisted
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, asset management, and financial performance
- Demonstrated experience working with Boards and managing investor relations
Preferred
- Master’sdegree (Hospitality / MBA or equivalent)
- Experience in the GCC, with strong knowledge of the Omani market
- Exposure to hotel management contracts, franchising, and mixed-use developments
- Strategic thinking and execution excellence
- Strongfinancial acumen and capital markets understanding
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Stakeholder and government relations expertise
- Highintegrity, resilience, and decision-making capability
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
