Service Centre Manager – Watches
📍 Muscat, Oman
We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Watches Service & Operations
, ensuring luxury timepieces are serviced to exact manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional client experience.
- Lead after-sales & repair operations with strong TAT control
- Ensure compliance with brand standards (e.g.,
Rolex
, Richemont Group
) - Oversee QC for quartz, manual & automatic movements
- Manage brand principals, workshop teams & inventory accuracy
- Act as escalation point for high-value clients
- 10–15 years in Luxury Service
- Watch industry experience or Luxury Automobile experience or Luxury 5 Star Hospitality client servicing experience preferred
Strong technical & stakeholder management skills - GCC experience preferred
Budget- 700-900 Omani Rial per Month.
