Position: Team Leader Organizer (Household & Travel Operations)

Overview

The Team Leader Organizer will oversee the smooth coordination, organization, and operational excellence of all household environments and travel requirements for the VVIP family. This role requires a highly experienced, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple residences and complex itineraries across all primary family residences and other close family members' residences when required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily organization and upkeep of all residences.
  • Maintain luxury standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory, storage systems, and personal items.
  • Support extended family residences when required.
  • Prepare and organize travel requirements, packing, and unpacking.
  • Coordinate with staff and external service providers.
  • Supervise and guide household staff.
  • Provide structured training and share expertise.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and staff development.
  • Maintain discipline and address staff issues professionally.
  • Maintain a respectful and professional environment.
  • Misconduct or conflicts will result in warnings and disciplinary action.
  • Absolute discretion and privacy are mandatory.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality policies at all times.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years experience in luxury household management.
  • Experience with high-profile families and multiple residences.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
