Are you ready to lead the commercial success of the iconic House of AMOUAGE in its home and flagship market?

We are seeking an Associate Director — Sales to lead our Oman Commercial organisation, with accountability for Retail, Wholesale & Duty Free, and Corporate Sales across the Sultanate.

Your Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Global Retail & GM Oman, the Associate Director — Sales leads the commercial performance of Oman across all channels, driving revenue growth, profitability, and brand excellence. As steward of Amouage's flagship market, the role ensures the successful execution of commercial strategy, develops high‑performing teams, and represents the maison with key partners and stakeholders across Oman.

Your Impact Commercial leadership across channels
  • Deliver Oman's multi-channel commercial plan — revenue, margin, channel mix, brand health
  • Set channel priorities across Retail, Wholesale & DF, Corporate Sales a — including investment trade-offs
  • Hold each Area Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager accountable to commercial targets and brand standards.
Flagship market stewardship
  • Protect Oman's positioning as the home market and the flagship — heritage, palace relationships, brand significance
  • Represent Amouage at senior level with palace, government, landlords and key partners
  • Champion Oman as the proving ground for Retail — ensure new global standards are deployed locally with rigour and feed learnings back
Team leadership and development
  • Build a high-performing senior team across the Oman commercial organisation
  • Drive succession depth at the management tier
  • Set the cultural tone for Oman commercial — performance, brand standards, collaboration across channels
  • Mentor the Corporate Sales Manager Jr and Oman Retail Training Manager Jr as the management bench builds.
Operational governance
  • Own Oman commercial operating expenses, capex requests and channel investment within Group DOA
  • Sign off boutique-level decisions of material commercial impact (new sites, refits, large events, exceptional discounting)
  • Ensure compliance with Group policy across all channels — SOPs, segregation of duties, data privacy, audit remediation.
Strategic feedback to Global Retail
  • Feed back Oman performance, learnings and market intelligence to the Head of Global Retail
  • Inform global retail standards through Oman's role as the proving ground.
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent senior commercial qualification preferred
  • 12+ years in senior commercial leadership, ideally in luxury, premium beauty or hospitality
  • Demonstrable multi-channel commercial track record
  • Senior stakeholder management at palace / government / partner level in the GCC
  • Current or previous experience in Oman would be strongly preferred
  • Fluent English;
    Arabic strongly preferred.
