* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, preferably within Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Engineering sectors.
* Proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives and manage complex projects.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
