• Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non‑negotiables and cultural pillars.
• Construct business plans incorporating essential market drivers and analytics.
• Oversee the budget and PL for the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with sales communications teams and directly interact with customers for the assigned area to understand activity forecast, volume and complexity.
• Ensure flawless execution and on‑time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with forecasted activity and ensuring quality plans align with our job cycle process.
• Ensure the team fully understands contractual quotes for their assigned job portfolio to harvest contracts and collect dues.
• Develop the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions and future career plans.
• Lead and drive continuous cost‑efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
• Prepare and handle required resources for growth, including equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Oilfield Chemicals with a technical background.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and multi‑country management.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent operational background.
