Asset & Facilities Operations Manager
Onyx Hospitality Infrastructure is immediately hiring an experienced Asset and Facilities Operations Manager to oversee our premium commercial and hospitality real estate portfolio in Muscat. This is a permanent, full-time leadership position based out of our coastal management office on Al Kharijiyah Street, Shatti Al Qurum (Muscat 134).
We are offering a tax‑free executive salary package of OMR2,300 per month, inclusive of all regional housing and transport allowances.
Role and Team ImpactAs the senior operations lead on‑site, you will take full ownership of the physical integrity, engineering uptime, and operational budget of our flagship luxury assets. You will actively lead a multi‑disciplinary team of engineers and specialized sub‑contractors to maintain five‑star standards across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Your daily focus will center on maximizing energy efficiency, eliminating operational wastage, and ensuring total structural compliance with international safety codes and Omani civil defense regulations.
ProfessionalBackground
- Minimum of six to eight years of direct facilities management leadership experience within luxury hotels, high‑end commercial estates or mixed‑use hospitality developments.
- Formal degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a dedicated Facilities Management credential).
- Hands‑on proficiency with modern Building Management Systems, CAFM software and preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Flawless professional English communication and reporting skills.
