Role PurposeLead and oversee the day-to‑day operations across all school branches, ensuring the smooth delivery of educational and operational services while maximizing the school's impact on students, employees, and parents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive oversight of daily operations across all school branches, with a particular focus on the three operational clusters.
- Directly manage Branch Managers, Cluster Leaders, the Logistics Manager, and the Government Relations Officer.
- Ensure the effective implementation of academic curricula and educational activities across all branches.
- Oversee logistics, maintenance, warehouse operations, and school transportation services.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing requirements, and educational standards.
- Support the implementation of the school's Impact Maximization Strategy across all branches.
- Improve operational efficiency while minimizing waste and resource inefficiencies.
- Coordinate closely with the Academic Director and Finance Director to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Operational compliance rate across school branches (target: 95% or higher).
- Parent satisfaction with operational services.
- Efficient utilization of resources, including logistics, maintenance, and catering.
- Continuous reduction in operational incidents and service disruptions.
- Successful implementation of enrichment and volunteer initiatives across branches.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in educational or service operations management.
- Strong field leadership skills with experience managing multiple teams and locations.
- Thorough knowledge of educational regulations and government compliance requirements in the Sultanate of Oman.
- Proficiency in operational planning, monitoring, and performance management tools.
- Strong commitment to the principles of the Five Pillars of Tranquility (Khumasiyyah Al‑Sakinah).
