Bachelor in relevant discipline; 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a management position.
Key Accountabilities- Deliver initiatives approved through GMT and portfolio governance.
- Execute according to defined sequencing, scope, and architectural standards.
- Ensure build discipline and roadmap adherence.
- Design and build modular, reusable digital platforms and integration layers.
- Govern APIs, middleware, and system interoperability.
- Support scalable and extensible platform ecosystems.
- Develop, enhance, and modernize enterprise applications.
- Ensure functional performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Reduce legacy complexity through structured modernization.
- Build and maintain enterprise data and AI platforms.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities.
- Ensure performance validation, system stability, and scalability testing.
- Embed security and compliance controls within engineering lifecycle.
- Reduce post-release defects and production instability.
- Ensure technical readiness prior to commercial launch.
- Validate integration stability and performance thresholds.
- Execute structured handover to GM Digital Service Operations.
- Coordinate engineering execution with Architecture governance and Operations readiness.
- Align build timelines with commercial launch milestones.
- Surface technical risks impacting delivery or service continuity.
- Manage system integrators and technology partners.
- Ensure adherence to quality, security, and architectural standards.
- Monitor vendor performance against delivery KPIs.
- Build high-performance engineering teams across platforms and applications.
- Strengthen Dev Sec Ops , automation, and CI/CD maturity.
