You will lead a multidisciplinary G&G team, set budgets, and ensure robust geological evaluations and risked prospect inventories. The role interfaces with MEM and JV partners, driving governance and value delivery.
The successful candidate will manage WP&B processes, oversee expenditure control, and mentor geoscientists to develop high-performing professionals, with emphasis on HSE and data governance.
