Oman Investment Authority seeks a Coil Tubing Field Service Manager to lead operations, ensure compliance with QHSE and contractual requirements, and prepare periodic reports for management. You will monitor costs, coordinate with Maintenance for equipment readiness, and drive process improvements across sites.
You will also lead staff recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and competency programs, while maintaining strong client communication and adherence to SOPs and KPIs.
