Operations​/Production in Charge- Aluminium Division

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager for our Aluminium Division. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, project management, and team leadership within the aluminium industry.

• Operational Leadership:
  Manage and coordinate all aspects of the aluminium production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Process Optimization:
  Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control measures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Team Management:
  Lead, train, and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Budget Management:
  Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Supply Chain Coordination:
  Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and leading safety initiatives.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and project progress for senior management review.
• Project Management:
  Oversee special projects, including new product development and process innovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration
• Good Knowledge about Aluminum Profiles
• Good Knowledge about CAD Drawings and sections
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the aluminium industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant operational management software.
• Should have knowledge in aluminium software, drawings etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO500.000 per month
