We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead to lead our marketing function across multiple brands and drive growth through strategy, execution, and team leadership.
Aboutthe Role
As the Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting marketing direction, managing the day to day execution across brands, and leading a team covering content, social media, design, and campaigns. You will work closely with leadership, operations, and brand teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support business goals, sales growth, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning- Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans across all brands
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging
- Translate business goals into clear marketing priorities
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure on time delivery
- Review outputs across content, design, social media, and campaigns
- Coach team members and support skill development
- Oversee planning and execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and videographers
- Ensure campaigns support sales, launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Track performance and optimize campaigns based on results
- Oversee social media strategy and content calendars
- Ensure strong engagement, growth, and consistency across platforms
- Coordinate influencer and collaboration initiatives when needed
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, and sales impact
- Prepare regular performance reports for leadership
- Use data and insights to improve future marketing efforts
- Work closely with operations, sales, and brand teams
- Support product launches, activations, and promotions
- Align marketing efforts with operational realities and timelines
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role
- Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Experience managing teams and multiple brands or projects
- Data driven mindset with ability to link marketing to business results
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in F&B, retail, or consumer brands is a strong advantage
