Project Sales Supervisor

Crystal Flash LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Sales Supervisor to lead our project sales team.

The team includes project salesmen, a sales assistant, and a lighting design engineer. The main goal of this role is to guide the team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth execution of all project sales activities in the construction and lighting sector.

• Plan, manage, and oversee project sales activities.
• Set sales targets and regularly monitor team performance.
• Review and approve technical and commercial proposals (BOQ, drawings, lighting calculations)
• Coordinate with design, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide regular sales and project progress reports to management

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Business Management).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project sales or sales management.
• Familiarity with tendering processes and project documentation
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM skills (Odoo experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in English

• Arabic knowledge is a plus
• Valid driving license preferred
