Position: Sales Executive (Omani National)

CCDS is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for Omani Nationals to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within Oman. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with clients, understand their needs, and represent CCDS's cutting‑edge IT and cybersecurity solutions. This position is ideal for self‑motivated individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT & OT cybersecurity
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, IT Managers, OT Managers, and key decision‑makers
  • Promote cybersecurity solutions including Network Security, Endpoint Security, SOC, IAM, GRC, OT Security, and Managed Services
  • Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, threats, and competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • 2‑3 years of experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience selling to enterprise, government, or critical infrastructure is a plus
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented
  • Omani national, mobilized and currently living in Muscat
  • 1‑year contract, extendable based on performance, with 3‑month probation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in IT, Computer Science, or Information Security
  • Experience with vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Microsoft, OT vendors, or MSSPs
  • Cybersecurity certifications or sales training are an advantage
