The Relationship Manager – Corporate Liabilities will be responsible for growing the bank’s corporate deposit base by acquiring new corporate clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting digital banking solutions. The role will focus on enhancing operative accounts, CASA, and cross-selling bank products to ensure profitability and customer retention.
Responsibilities- Corporate Deposit Growth: Increase overall corporate deposits by onboarding new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
- Corporate Deposit Growth (continued): Develop strategies to attract high-value corporate clients and maintain long-term engagement.
- CASA and Operative Accounts Growth: Drive growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances by encouraging corporate clients to maintain and increase their deposits.
- CASA and Operative Accounts Growth (continued): Work closely with clients to understand their cash management needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Digital Banking Migration: Contribute to the bank’s business strategy by migrating corporate clients to the ABO Digital platform.
- Digital Banking Migration (continued): Promote awareness and adoption of digital banking solutions to enhance operational efficiency for corporate customers.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Expand the Corporate Banking client base by identifying and prospecting potential customers.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management (continued): Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Account Opening & Onboarding: Establish new account relationships with corporate clients, particularly those interested in digital products and services.
- Account Opening & Onboarding (continued): Facilitate seamless onboarding onto the bank’s digital platforms and ensure customer awareness of available services.
- Account Opening & Onboarding (additional): Regularly meet with existing and prospective clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Account Opening & Onboarding (long-term): Foster long-term, profitable relationships with key clients to ensure customer loyalty and continued business growth.
- Cross-Selling Bank Products: Identify opportunities to cross-sell corporate, institutional, and personal banking products to maximize revenue generation.
- Cross-Selling Bank Products (continued): Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that address client needs.
- Market Representation: Act as a positive representative of the bank in the market by participating in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

- Omani nationals only
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum experience of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably 7 years.
