Sales Executive - Personal Lease

Dollar is a franchised operation owned by the prestigious A.A.Al Moosa Enterprises, under the license of Corniche Cars LLC, since 2004.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our personal vehicle leasing portfolio. This role focuses on identifying new customers, building strong relationships, and delivering an exceptional leasing experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, target-driven, and skilled at converting leads into loyal clients.

• Manage and handle personal vehicle leasing sales for individual clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the personal leasing portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and personalized service.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and leasing contracts for new and existing clients.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Track contract expiry dates and proactively follow up for timely renewals.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding client payments and billing.
• Provide regular sales reports (weekly and monthly) to the Manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in personal vehicle leasing or car rental sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated.
• A valid Oman driver’s license is required
