We are seeking a Sales Professional (Senior Sales Executive) to drive business development acrosswarehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oman’s logistics market, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in sectors such asFMCG, retail, e-commerce, and consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and 3PLservices within Oman and GCC.
  • Generatequalified leads through networking, industry contacts, and market intelligence.
  • Prepare and present customized logistics proposals and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive commercial offers.
  • Trackopportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to contract signing.
Account Management
  • Manage and growrelationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regularclient meetings to review service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution.
Market & Financial Performance
  • Meet or exceedmonthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitorcompetitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide regularsales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and customer presentations.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment onpricing, service capabilities, and margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Represent AlMana Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’sdegree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 6 - 9 years ofB2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding (minimum2 years in Oman preferred).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of logistics operations, rate structures, and customer pain points.
  • Proficiency inMS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
