We are seeking a Sales Professional (Senior Sales Executive) to drive business development acrosswarehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oman’s logistics market, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in sectors such asFMCG, retail, e-commerce, and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities Business Development- Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and 3PLservices within Oman and GCC.
- Generatequalified leads through networking, industry contacts, and market intelligence.
- Prepare and present customized logistics proposals and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive commercial offers.
- Trackopportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to contract signing.
- Manage and growrelationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regularclient meetings to review service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution.
- Meet or exceedmonthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitorcompetitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide regularsales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and customer presentations.
- Work closely with the General Manager, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment onpricing, service capabilities, and margins.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Represent AlMana Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Bachelor’sdegree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 6 - 9 years ofB2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding (minimum2 years in Oman preferred).
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of logistics operations, rate structures, and customer pain points.
- Proficiency inMS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
- Results-driven,proactive, and self-motivated.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-growing organization.
- Comfortableengaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
