Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager for the Haier brand to join our team in the Oman market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IR sales, preferably with experience in the local market. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for the Haier brand in the Oman market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the sales management.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends related to the home appliances industry.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Haier, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements Desired Profiles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Oman IR market.
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the home appliances industry, particularly in the IR (Integrated Retail) segment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to gather and interpret market data.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
