About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Muscat. At our company, this is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, managing a high volume of opportunities for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building a strong pipeline, delivering powerful product demonstrations, and rapidly converting leads into new customers.

We need a proven closer with experience selling software in Oman or the GCC who is motivated by clear targets and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and local market engagement.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to a signed contract.
  • Conduct compelling, high-energy product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of our SaaS solution.
  • Rapidly qualify leads and identify clear business pains that our software can solve "out of the box."
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals quickly and efficiently.
  • After closing the sale, ensure a smooth and minimal handover to the Business Analyst team for implementation and customer onboarding.

Required

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Account Executive, Business Development Manager).
  • A proven "hunter" mentality with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Oman or the GCC.
  • Direct experience with prospecting, cold calling, and building your own pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience managing a high-velocity, high-volume sales process.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to confidently showcase a software product to diverse B2B clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of a SaaS product.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired

Skills:

  • Existing network of B2B contacts in target industries within Oman.
  • Experience with operations management, FSM, or similar B2B software.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot) to manage a high-volume pipeline.
