Job Purpose

To grow the revenue and market share for the Organization; to act as brand ambassador for the Noatum Logistics and AD Ports Group and exhibit the values to both internal and external stakeholders; collaborate to drive value for the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold‑calling to build a pipeline of new businesses
  • Engage with customers – current and potential to evaluate their supply chain requirements and engage in consultative selling for the logistics services that the Company has to offer
  • Engage with Internal departments to ensure timely creation of solutions and submission.
  • Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
  • Explore ways of upselling to existing customers – collaborate with customer service or retention team to drive growth for existing customers
  • Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers
  • Responsible for driving sales performance individually and at a team level to reach and exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Responsible for offering quotes and solutions proposal to prospective clients
  • Closely collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and ensure satisfactory customer journey
  • Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization
  • Be aware of the competition for potential and new clients and feed that data to Commercial and strategy team regularly.
  • Scan market for existing rates of logistics services and provide feedback to the pricing team for necessary benchmarking
  • Contribute pro-actively to growth and product development plan regularly, and give feedback on product strengths and weaknesses based on market feedback.
  • Update daily activities and interaction with potential and existing clients in CRM
  • Prepare and share weekly contracted and pipeline revenue reports as per prescribed format with Manager
  • Work experience required: minimum 6 years of Experience in International Freight Forwarding, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Management or any business related course. MBA or similar post‑graduate course is an advantage.
