Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Sales Manager for the Electrical Products business unit to help us re‑imagine the world by finding solutions and making it smarter.

Your Role – International, Challenging and Future‑Oriented

In this role you will be responsible for growing the business of Siemens Electrical Products by driving channel partners sales and providing holistic support to ensure sustainable growth.

Develop and execute sales strategies for panel builders and distributors to attain profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support and grow Siemens’ panel‑building & distribution sales channels, ensuring wider coverage of low‑voltage products across market segments.

  • Achieve assigned business unit financial targets
  • Implement strategic and operative goals set by local business management
  • Develop market knowledge on Low Voltage and Control Products portfolios
  • Conduct market intelligence activities and develop market study & product positioning strategy for Siemens low‑voltage products
  • Provide information on market trends, segments, potentials, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and applications
  • Build pricing strategy for panel‑building & distribution sales channels
  • Define panel builder pricing, competitiveness, and winning strategy for projects business
  • Define distributor pricing and distribution network strategy for retail business
  • Support launch of new products & solutions and design new business models
  • Drive demand generation activities with project stakeholders such as end users, planners, and contractors in Oman’s market
  • Build and maintain business relationships with end customers, contractors, electrical consultants, and panel builders
  • Support & provide competitive edges and sales arguments for LV products portfolio
  • Improve partners hit‑rate in projects
  • Identify new infrastructure and industrial projects on the market and acquire information about projects planned at an early stage
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university or college
  • 10+ years of experience in low voltage switch gear within the Middle East market
  • Strong sales & marketing background in a similar industry
  • Solid experience with key consultants and contractors in the power distribution market
  • Strong experience with electrical networks and switch gear design for LV and related standards & regulations
  • Advanced critical and respective product/market analysis skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills & market intelligence skills
  • Enjoy working in a multicultural, diverse environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic; further language skills highly appreciated

  • Main location is Muscat, but open to candidates in other Siemens locations within the Middle East
