Business Development Executives
Responsibilities
Identify, develop and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of HVAC systems.
Prepare and submit AMC proposals based on system condition and client requirements.
Negotiate terms and successfully close AMC agreements.
Promote and sell air conditioners, replacement units and upgrade solutions.
Identify opportunities for system replacement or upgrades based on site conditions.
Convert maintenance opportunities into product sales where applicable.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets for AMC and AC units.
Coordinate with the technical team for inspections and execution.
QualificationsMinimum 3–15 years of experience in HVAC sales.
Proven experience in AMC sales and air conditioner sales.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to assess site conditions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Valid GCC driving license preferred.
