Responsibilities- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Cisco (or related enterprise networking), IT distribution, and local experience.
- Enthusiasm and a results‑driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- A self‑starter, self‑motivated, and a team player.
- A strong ‘customer‑first’ mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
