Confidential is hiring for a customer service role based in Muscat, Oman. The position involves managing customer inquiries via Whats App, Facebook, and Instagram, engaging professionally to convert inquiries into sales and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce or sales. This is a full-time office-based role, with working hours from Saturday to Wednesday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
Basic salary ranges from 180 to 200 OMR, with additional monthly sales commission based on target achievements.
