ELECTRIX works with companies that have data, but not enough clarity.
We build Power BI dashboards, business intelligence reports, data integration solutions, and AI supported analytics for teams that want to understand their sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer performance in a cleaner way.
Most of our work is with companies in retail, luxury, e-commerce, finance, and service based industries across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
About the roleWe are looking for a Sales Manager based in Muscat, Oman, who can bring in new clients and close B2B projects.
This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed salary. Please apply only if you are comfortable earning based on closed sales.
This is not a junior sales role, and it is not only lead generation. You will handle the full sales process: finding the right companies, starting conversations, qualifying the opportunity, running discovery calls, following up, and closing the deal.
The role suits someone who already knows how to sell business services and wants to be paid based on results.
What you will do- Find companies in Oman and the wider Gulf region that may need Power BI dashboards, reporting automation, data integration, data analysis, or AI analytics.
- Build your own pipeline through Linked In, outbound outreach, referrals, events, and your existing network.
- Speak with founders, directors, department heads, and senior managers.
- Understand the business problem before trying to sell anything.
- Explain ELECTRIX solutions in simple business language.
- Book and run discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Work with our delivery team to shape the right offer for each client.
- Prepare proposals and follow up until there is a clear yes or no.
- Close projects starting from around $20K, with room for larger monthly or recurring work.
- Keep opportunity notes, client details, and next steps updated in the CRM.
- Help grow client accounts when there is a real reason to continue the work.
This is a commission-only role.
There is no fixed salary.
You can earn commission on one-time projects and recurring client work. For active client accounts, commission can continue for up to 12 months, depending on the agreement.
There is no commission cap.
For someone who brings consistent revenue, we are open to discussing a bigger long-term role with ELECTRIX.
Who we are looking for- You are based in Muscat, Oman.
- You have 3 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- You have closed deals around $20K or above.
- You understand BI, Power BI, dashboards, reporting, data integration, automation, or AI at a business level.
- You can speak with business owners and senior decision makers without making the conversation too technical.
- You are comfortable working independently.
- You are comfortable with a commission-only setup.
- You follow up properly and keep your pipeline organized.
- You know how to sell to companies in Oman or the wider GCC market.
- Experience selling to retail, luxury, e-commerce, finance, or professional services companies.
- Existing relationships with founders, executives, or business owners in Oman or the GCC.
- Experience selling data, analytics, consulting, software, automation, or digital transformation services.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
