Lead the sales team that wins sovereign Gov Tech deals, owning the target, coaching the Account Executives, and building the pipeline and discipline that turn a national platform into a growing business.
RQMNA builds sovereign Gov Tech platforms, and is bringing them to governments and large enterprises across the region.
We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager, on site in Muscat, to lead the sales team and own the revenue target for a sovereign platform business.
What you’ll do:
Own the number, lead and coach the sales team, and build the pipeline and rigor that hit it.
- Own the sales target for your team, and build the plan and pipeline to hit it consistently
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives, and raise their win rates
- Run a disciplined sales operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and accurate forecasting
- Coach on complex, multi stakeholder government deals, and step into the room on the biggest ones
- Set territory, account, and quota plans, and hold the team accountable to them
- Build and qualify pipeline with marketing and pre sales, and keep it real
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, bid management, and delivery so deals are won and deliverable
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent, and build a high performance, high integrity sales culture
- You have led a software or technology sales team and consistently hit or beaten its target
- You have carried a number yourself, and you can still coach and close in the room
- You run a disciplined process and forecast honestly, and you qualify hard
- You know complex, multi stakeholder government and enterprise selling first hand
- You coach AEs to be better, and you build teams that win without cutting corners
- You hold a Bachelor's or higher in business, technology, or a related field
- You lead with clarity and integrity, and you grow the people around you
- Bonus points for public sector, Gov Tech, or sovereign technology sales leadership
- Fluent English required;
