Senior Sales Engineer – Laboratory Equipment

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives and expand our presence in the laboratory equipment market in Oman.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify market opportunities through trend and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships offering tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and lead end‑to‑end sales processes.
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, technical and product.
- Mentor and support sales team members to enhance performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Chemistry, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Proven sales experience in laboratory equipment or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and sales data interpretation.
- Valid Oman driving license (mandatory).
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
