Responsibilities
- Generate new business for freight forwarding (sea, air, land, trucking) and customs clearance services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of importers, exporters and trading companies in Oman.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close business.
- Retain and grow existing accounts through regular client visits and follow‑up.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery matches what was sold.
- Report sales activity and pipeline status to the General Manager.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping (GCC experience required).
- Proven record of acquiring and retaining commercial clients.
- Knowledge of Omani customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
- Fluent English (Arabic an advantage).
- Valid driving licence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required where experience is strong.
- Monthly base salary OMR
400–600 based on experience. - Commission on generated business.
- Employment visa for expatriate candidates.
- Direct access to company management, no layers.
- Available to join immediately – candidates currently in Oman with a transferable visa or NOC will be given preference.
