Role OverviewCygnet Digital is looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager (ERP Sales) to own and grow strategic client relationships across Oman and the GCC region. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of digital and SaaS solutions.
You will manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to revenue growth, while collaborating closely with delivery, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term client success and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion strategies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful solution delivery
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or account management
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts
- Experience selling ERP, enterprise platforms, or regulatory/compliance solutions
- Strong understanding of the Oman and broader GCC business landscape
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
