We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing hotel in Muscat, Oman. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
Key Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in Muscat or the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and corporate client base.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $1,700 plus benefits including visa sponsorship.
