Channel Sales & Distribution Executive; IT/Structured Cabling

Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard large retail stores, hypermarkets, resellers, and distribution networks.
- Pitch and secure shelf space for private label products.
- Expand distribution for existing brands across new channels.
- Build and manage relationships with procurement managers, buyers, stockists, and warehouse managers.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and supply terms for bulk deals.
- Ensure consistent stock movement, sell‑in and sell‑out tracking.
- Coordinate with internal team for inventory planning and replenishment.
- Monitor competitor presence and optimize in‑store visibility.
- Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets.
- 2–5 years experience in channel sales / distribution / FMCG / electronics retail.
- Strong network with retail buyers, wholesalers, or distributors (Oman/UAE preferred).
- Proven track record in high‑volume sales and product placement.
- Good negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/networking products (preferred, not mandatory).
- Number of new retail accounts opened.
- Shelf placements secured.
- Monthly volume movement (units sold).
- Revenue from new channels.
- Repeat orders / account retention.
