Are you a driven, high-velocity sales professional with a “boots-on-the-ground” mastery of the Oman Express market?
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive commercial excellence and expand our footprint across Oman. In this critical role, you will apply specialist knowledge to execute sales processes, bridge the gap between local market opportunities and global business objectives, and act as a primary driver of revenue growth. Whether you are an ambitious associate or an experienced mid-level professional, this role offers the platform to leverage your expertise in express and freight forwarding to ensure Fed Ex remains the market leader.
WhatYou Will Do
- Market Growth & Execution: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Oman Express and Logistics market to identify, prospect, and capture emerging business opportunities.
- Process Implementation: Apply specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific sales processes and procedures to support the achievement of divisional and corporate revenue goals. Participates in (and occasionally leads) the design and development of local sales initiatives.
- Pipeline Management: Examine and manage every layer of your sales funnel—from ground-level prospecting and cold calling to high-level client presentations and pipeline forecasting.
- Operational Synergy: Utilize your understanding of the freight business to offer comprehensive, end-to-end logistics solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration with Operations and Customer Experience teams to deliver the “Fed Ex promise.”
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks, leveraging influencing and persuasion skills to secure long‑term, profitable partnerships.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Express Sales is mandatory. Experience level within the job family (Associate vs. Mid-Level) will be aligned based on the successful incumbent’s depth of expertise.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong, proven understanding of the freight business and logistics landscape in Oman

- License: A valid Oman driving license is required.
