Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic leisure sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify new market opportunities and partnerships within the leisure segment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
* Lead and motivate the leisure sales team to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively.
* Represent Kempinski Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.## Requirements
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in luxury leisure sales, preferably within the GCC market.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in English;
