1) Achieve the Sales objectives of the organization by effectively managing the customers:
- Identify the customer‑brand matrix by doing appropriate profiling of the customers, placing the right product for the right customer.
- Promote the product with the tools given by the company to generate demand. Drive the business of focus and legacy brands.
- Maintain the customer database.
- Monitor the product return, stock, and expiry at the different stakeholders in the territory. Ensure the product availability at all places within the territory.
- Maintain the call average & visit frequency of doctors and pharmacies as per the company standard.
- Update the customer list on a regular basis.
- Update the calls on the company’s reporting platform.
- Identify the scientific needs of customers.
- Conduct scientific activities like CMEs & RTDs with doctors & pharmacies.
- Utilize company’s digital resources for conducting activities.
- Ensure compliance in conducting any activities.
- Candidate must hold B.Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Oman market as a Medical Representative.
- Must have a valid MOH license (Oman) as a Medical Representative.
- Should possess a valid Oman driving license.
