Position: Sales Executive May 2026

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving client acquisition, increasing course bookings, and supporting revenue growth across all branches. The role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensuring optimal utilization of training capacity in alignment with organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote training services and courses.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with the booking team to ensure optimal batch scheduling and occupancy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individuals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on pending opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and conversions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase course enrollments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure professional communication and alignment with company standards at all times.
Authority & Responsibility
  • Manage sales activities and client communications independently.
  • Recommend improvements in pricing strategies, promotions, and sales approach.
  • Escalate key client issues or opportunities to management when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in training, education, or HSE-related services.
  • Strong understanding of client handling and sales processes.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
