Our client is looking for a Sales Director, based in Muscat, to lead the overall sales strategy and drive revenue growth across the business.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing commercial performance across channels.
You will lead and develop sales teams, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
You will also play a key role in building strong distribution and account management frameworks, improving sales effectiveness, and driving sustainable business growth.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 10–15+ years of experience in sales, with strong progression into senior leadership roles
- Strong background in sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth
- Experience managing key accounts and distributor networks
- Strong ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
