Role SummaryThe Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales. The role involves working closely with existing customers while also expanding the company’s client base across Oman.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or industry
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and queries
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention rates
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in Oman
- Provide feedback to management to refine sales strategies and offerings
- Maintain knowledge of products/services and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience may be required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the Oman or GCC market is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Dynamics)
- Fluent in English
- Arabic is a plus (often preferred in Oman roles)
