Lighting Design & Sales Specialist

The Address Group is hiring a Lighting Design & Sales Specialist to design lighting solutions for our clients and personally close the sale — from first consultation through delivery.

This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role for someone who is genuinely skilled in lighting design and knows how to close deals — not a design‑only or sales‑only position.

• Design lighting solutions for residential and commercial clients — fixture selection, color temperature, spatial layout — using our current product range
• Negotiate and close deals directly with clients, within an approved discount authority limit
• Prioritize moving specific current inventory through smart, client‑matched design solutions
• Follow each client through from consultation to delivery and final payment collection
• Report weekly on proposals made, deals closed, and revenue collected

• Have hands‑on lighting design experience — not just general interior or product sales (you understand fixture types, color temperature, and spatial lighting planning)
• Have a proven record of personally closing design or lighting sales deals — not just producing proposals
• Are comfortable working within a clear discount authority limit, escalating only when needed — rather than negotiating without boundaries
• Are comfortable with a base salary + strong performance commission structure, including extra incentive tied to moving specific inventory within a set period
• Have prior experience in Oman’s lighting, interior design, or fit‑out market (preferred)

• Competitive base salary + commission on closed deals, with bonus incentive on priority inventory
