Executive - INSIDE SALES; Sales Support

As Inside Sales Executive, you will be supporting the DP World Logistics business unit to support and grow logistics business in line with the commercial strategy, goals, policies, and processes. The executive will be responsible to quote on behalf of the DP world logistics commercial team. The executive will also be responsible to develop and maintain relationships with assigned SME's.

• Responsible to quote on behalf of the DP World Logistics commercial team.
• Owns and execute the quote & contract process with relevant stakeholders
• Assists in the acquisition of new SME customers for logistics services including freight, warehousing, customs brokerage etc.
• Liaises with internal departments, DP World global offices and external logistics partners for opportunity development.
• Ensures CRM tools are updated on time with excellent quality.
• Assists in CRM and internal system updates
• Ensures opportunities are updated on time and are of excellent quality.

Graduate level professionals with relevant bachelors degree.

• 5+ Years experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or commercial operations within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industries.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and quotation management processes.
• Exposure to SME customer segments and B2B sales environments would be advantageous.
