This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing regional performance, and strengthening customer and distributor relationships.
You will oversee sales execution, drive market expansion, and ensure consistent achievement of commercial targets across the assigned region.
You will also play a key role in managing multiple brands, improving sales effectiveness, and driving growth across different channels.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit- 10+ years of sales experience within FMCG
- FMCG experience across food or non-food categories is required
- GCC sales experience is mandatory
- Experience managing multiple brands and diverse product portfolios
- Strong experience in regional sales management, distributor management, and market execution
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth and achieve commercial targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
The role offers a competitive monthly package of OMR 3,500.
