- Drive new merchant acquisition with a focus on SME sectors across all Oman.
- Execute on the set sales strategies to achieve agreed signing and activation targets.
- Map, monitor, and regularly update coverage of all SME market hubs in Oman.
- Negotiate commercial terms ensuring sustainable margins for the acquiring business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant decision‑makers, industry associations, and local market influencers.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, and competitive intelligence.
- Work closely with product, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of merchants.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery to merchants to minimize attrition.
- Maintain accurate merchant data and ensure adherence to sales governance frameworks.
